Subject: Creating spanportaffiliates list

Description: We would like to create a list that is separate from our regular faculty and graduate student lists, for faculty who have affiliate appointments in Spanish and Portuguese. They do not need to receive the majority of messages sent to our faculty list (which contain things like information about meetings that they would not be expected to attend) but we would like to have an easy way to send them announcements of department events of interest.
