Description: This will be used as the "Contact Us" email address for the Social Media Macroscope (SMM) project.
The Social Media Macroscope (SMM) is a successful open source science gateway, used by researchers worldwide, that harbors tools that support social media data collection, perform cutting-edge computation analyses, and provide data visualizations. Many existing social media analysis tools require a certain level of technical proficiency, and their methodologies are undisclosed and outdated. SMM tools are installation-free web applications that come with easy-to-use interfaces that are accessible to users at any level of programming and computational expertise.
