Description: This mail list includes EnterpriseWorks staff that should receive information and documents related to funding agency award transactions and activities. SPA was the catalyst for setting up this list. Refer to email sent by SPA on 2/2/2024 "SPA Process Enhancement: Notice of Fund Setup Form."

EnterpriseWorks did not have a designated "Unit Post Award Contact." The SPA form to provide/update this contact requested that we use group email addresses when assigning "Unit Administrative Contact" (for pre-award questions) and "Unit Post Award Contact" (for post-award questions).

NOTE: by default, the PI will receive auto-generated system emails pertaining to an award. Updating the "Unit Administrative Contact" and "Unit Post Award Contact" with SPA (and w/a group email address), ensures that key staff receive notices.
