algebraic K-theory

This is the first announcement of the second workshop
"Women in Homotopy Theory and Algebraic Geometry",
to be held March 20-22, 2019, at the Freie Universitaet Berlin.
We are pleased to have

• Natàlia Castellana (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona)
• Frances Kirwan (University of Oxford)
• Sarah Whitehouse (University of Sheffield)
• Susanna Zimmermann (Université d'Angers)

as invited speakers. We would like to encourage all female mathematicians
whose research field is related to homotopy theory or algebraic geometry
to submit a proposal for a contributed talk or a poster by October 31, 2018. Anyone who is interested  in the topic is welcome to attend, regardless
of gender. This workshop is funded by the DFG priority program 1786. To
