Dear K-theorists,

let me annouce the summer school

        "Coarse Index Theory"

 which will be held  Sep 26-30, 2016,  at the University of Freiburg.

There will be three lecture series, by John Roe, Thomas Schick and Rudolf
Zeidler which cover different aspects of the subject, but will be closely
interrelated:

   John Roe:              Coarse geometry and index theory
   Thomas Schick:     (Secondary) Coarse index and applications
   Rudolf Zeidler:      K-theory of C*-algebras
